Don’t Neglect Your Body. Many people tend to go overboard on the skin care products they use on their face, while completely neglecting the skin on the rest of their body. But this skin is just as susceptible to dryness & the signs of aging as the skin on your face. Arms & legs are vulnerable to dryness but hands, elbows, & feet are even more vulnerable. Apply moisturizer after bathing when the skin is still damp. And if necessary, reapply an moisturizer throughout the day if skin feels taut.
