Natural Puffy Eye Soother

Whether you’ve been partying all night with your best girlfriends or simply stared at the computer screen too long the day before, waking up with puffy eyes happens to everyone from time to time. You’re not alone!
After a refreshing shower, squeeze 10 extra minutes into your morning beauty routine to soothe your tired eyes.

Natural, Eye-Soothing Technique

Applying a cold compress to your eyelids and under-eye areas reduces the inflammation around your eyes. Wrap a gel-filled compress in a towel and hold it over each eye for 30 second intervals. Alternate the compress for 4-5 minutes, until the swelling subsides. You want everyone to comment on your sparkling, vibrant eyes and not asked if you stayed up too late last night.
