Exfoliation is such an important step in your skin care regimen. It helps keep pores clean, your skin’s texture smooth, and keeps that youthful glow as well. I reviewed Vivant Skin Care Mandelic 3-in-1 Exfoliating Cleanser and I was very pleased with the results. The cleanser comes in a white squeeze bottle with snap up spout top. The gel cleanser is 3 steps in one; cleansing, exfoliating, and polishing. You need about a dime size to emulsify with water that will cover your face and neck. When I lathered the gel cleanser with a little bit of water, it created very light foam and I could feel the exfoliating beads. Applying it to my skin in circular motions, I could feel a bit of a mild tingling sensation. I have combination skin; oily t-zone and dry cheeks so I really focused on my forehead, nose, and chin since that’s the area I tend to get the most blackhead congestion. As I used the cleanser, I thought the more I scrubbed, the more the beads would dissolve and they actually didn’t. After towel drying my skin, it felt very smooth, tight, and polished. Because of the cooler weather and having dry areas on my skin, this is a cleanser that I could not use daily because it would dry out my skin. However, this is a fantastic restorative cleanser that can be used daily on skin types such as: adult acne, very oily skin, blotchy and dull skin, and hyperpigmentations (dark spots, sun spots, age spots.) issues. I wouldn’t recommend this cleanser for skin types with sensitivities or rosacea. The cleanser can be used on the face, scalp, the body, and also great for preventing ingrown hairs.

Benefits of Vivant Skin Care Mandelic 3-in-1 Exfoliating Cleanser:
This powerful yet gentle antioxidant wash has Mandelic derived from almonds, green tea extract, grape seed, kiwi fruit and honey extracts. Mandelic is ideal for adult acne because of its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. On blotchy skin it “lifts” skin discolorations and dark spots, while also having the benefical side effect of rejuvenating fine lines by helping to generate new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. A powerful yet gentler form of Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Mandelic is also ideal for treating sensitive Black, Hispanic and Asian skin that becomes irritated by benzoyl peroxide products.
