Never Forget Where You Come From

Growing up on the South side of San Antonio, moving away, and then coming back, I have seen my community go through many changes. With all that has gotten better and gotten worse, I always wanted to bring light to the part of town that I not only grew up on, but also continue to call home. With my social media and blog growing, childhood acquaintances becoming friends and clients of my beauty studio, and now a published author, my goal is to not only bring positive events to my part of town, but to also motivate and inspire women of all ages that they can be whatever they want to, hard work does pay off, and no matter what it takes don’t ever give up on your goals.

With that said, I think I am off to a pretty decent start; it’s barely springtime and I have 2 events coming up. I hope to see you there. Oh, and one last thing…don’t ever forget where you come from!

Shine Beautifully Book Signing
