When it comes to visiting the any of the Texas coastal towns, the times its flowing with beach lovers tends to be when the warmer months are here. This past year, friends and I didn’t let the cooler coastal breeze stop us from enjoying ourselves when visiting South Padre Island. We spent our weekend in a condominium at Inverness at South Padre; 502 to be exact. The condominium has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 twin sized beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and towels. Both bedrooms had a large closet space to put your belongings away in. A second bathroom is near the living area that has a sofa and loveseat for you to relax and watch a bit of tv when taking a break from your island adventures. What we loved most about the inside of the condominium was the fully furnished kitchen and living area it had. We had a full-size refrigerator to keep our food and wine chilled and a comfortable place to eat dinner with a view.

The best part of condominium 502 is the large private balcony it has facing the gulf. Every morning we took full advantage of the gorgeous view as we sipped on our coffee and mimosas while we watched the sunrise and in the evening, it was so relaxing to listen to the waves crash on the seashore as you watched them glisten under the moonlight. The condo has access to the beach right in front of it and is only a short walk away. The swimming pool and hot tub can always be enjoyed with the view of the gulf.
