Top Notch Service at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel

My family and I took a trip to Corpus Christi, Texas a few weeks ago to take a private tour of the Texas Parks & Wildlife – CCA Marine Development Center Hatchery along with the Fin Addict Angler Foundation. While we were spending most of our Saturday in the “Sparkling City by the Sea”, we decided to stay overnight and spend more time there. We stayed at the lovely Omni Corpus Christi Hotel. I travel a lot to the Corpus Christi area, and I think this is the best hotel in the city. The hotel is in the downtown Marina District and conveniently close to all the great things to do in Corpus Christi. As soon as we arrived, the welcoming staff was immediately helpful and offered us water to cool down. The service was top notch and something I appreciate the most when traveling as my background is in the hospitality industry. 

The hotel itself is beautiful; with its art pieces and chandeliers, you know you chose the perfect place to stay. Our room was cozy, luxurious, and we had a fantastic view of the Corpus Christi Bay. We were so comfortable in the room watching TV and relaxing after our day at the hatchery that we skipped going to beach and stayed in till dinnertime. We all slept in nicely as the beds were plush and comfortable too. 

If you are traveling for business or pleasure, the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel has amenities from 24-hour dining to dry cleaning services and check cashing. The hotel has a store, gift shop, spa, salon, fitness center, 2 restaurants, and indoor/outdoor pool. With all the great amenities the hotel has, you don’t even have to leave the property if you don’t want to. 

The Omni Corpus Christi Hotel is also a great venue to host a corporate event and even a wedding. As I mentioned earlier, its close by all the great things to do in Corpus Christi. Though it’s a luxury hotel, its also family friendly. The hotel caters to even their youngest guests with The Omni Kids Crew program. Upon check-in, your littles will receive a backpack filled with fun items designed specifically for them, milk and cookies delivered to your room on the first night, and a coloring menu is also available in our restaurants, with crayons and an Omni Kids Crew cup. (Children ages 4 through 12 eat free at the Glass Pavilion.) 

If you are planning on spending time in Corpus Christi, Texas, and looking for a hotel that has it ALL, the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel is the place you should stay at. Another great perk of the location of the hotel is how you can literally cross the street to enjoy the sunrise on the Marina and visit the infamous Selena statue. Thank you for a great stay, Omni.
