How do you celebrate National Winnie the Pooh Day? With honey, of course. On the unique national holiday, I visited the Gretchen Bee Ranch in Seguin, Texas. Not only did I get to go honey tasting, I also learned a bit about the how we get honey from the bees.
The experienced beekeepers as known as The Gretchen’s, owners of the bee ranch, take pride in their bees and honey. They love sharing their knowledge with others so much, they even offer bee keeping classes.
